eSeasongear SALT-3000 Pool & Pond Salt Water Meter Tester, Digital Salinity Meter for Salt Water Pool and Koi Fish Pond, SALT3000, TDS4TM-3000, TDS4TM3000 SALT 3000 Tester

300 x10 ppm = 3000ppm = 0.300% salt
The SALT-3000 is precalibrated at 3000ppm salt so there is no calibration needed.
The eSeasongear SALT-3000 is precalibrated at 3000ppm salt for pool and pond testing. This meter is equivalent to the Trans Instruments Koi Medic Salt Meter - Electronic Pond Water Salt Level Tester. The 3000ppm calibration solution is available if needed for recalibration.
*** Instruction for the SALT-3000 Meter:
1. Remove the electrode protective cap.
2. Push the ON/OFF button to turn the meter on. The reading should be 0 ppm in the air.
3. Collect water sample in a cup, immerse the electrode into the water 1 inch to maximum 2 inches
4. Lightly swirl the meter to ensure the removal of air bubbles or electric charges. Wait until the reading stabilizes. The meter automatically compensates for the temperature variations. Once the reading is stabilized (10-30 seconds), press the HOLD button to view the reading out of the water.
If you see a very small "x10" on the display, the ppm reading needs to be x10.
If you see "oor", that meanings the salt lever is over the meter testing range (0-5000ppm), please dilute your sample water 1:1 with bottled water and try it again.
5. Push the TEMP button to view the water temperature in C, push TEMP again in F, push it again will switch it back to ppm salt mode.
6. After each use, rinse the probes with bottle water, shake off water, put the cap back on, store it dry.
7. Do not touch the metal probes. Clean the probes with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab if needed.
*** Precautions - NOT waterproof!
Do not drop the entire meter in water or dip beyond the maximum 2-inch immersion level. The SALT-3000 is not waterproof and is not covered under warranty if water or other liquid enters the meter.
