Shipping Information:

Free shipping only to the lower 48 USA states!

In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 days, back ordered items will be shipped within 1-4 weeks.

Most larger/heavier/higher-priced items will be drop shipped from the manufacture directly. The shipping times are noted on the product detail page.

We ship to the address on the PayPal Payment only!

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policies:

Any Package returned without an assigned RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the delivery package will be refused and eSeasongear will not responsible for its return. Please email us for the RMA number before you sent your return package.

You may return the item back in brand new condition, unopened, untested, and in the original box for a refund (or an exchange for the same item) within 7 days after the delivery date (please check out the none-returnable items listed below). Please include all original packaging material, free bonus, and a copy of the packing slip. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We will check all returned items for physical damage/misuse/missing parts/eSeasongear ID and then send the refund/replacement accordingly.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal less the amount of shipping paid and any processing fees (- $8 minimum).

A 25% Restocking Fee will be charged for new items returned. We check each new item returned carefully before we put it back in stock.

A 25% Cancellation Fee will be charged for all cancellations of drop shipped/special ordered items.

NO EXCHANGES for different items will be allowed. The buyer will need to buy new items due to sales and tax records.

NO RETURNS for the items that have been tested and/or used by the buyer or items that have been damaged by usage. The buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer if the items need repair or replacement.

NO RETURNS for watches and masks, please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.

NO RETURNS for special order items.

NO RETURNS for international orders.

CHARGEBACKS:

We will report all CHARGEBACKS to www.badcustomer.com & www.chargebackprotection.org to prevent charge-back abuse! Your order emails will be sent to your bank and that may affect your CC rating. If you filed charge back and kept the item, your personal information may be posted on the Bad Buyer List and you could be put on the First Page of Google.
