PAYMENTS:

We accept PayPal payments for orders up to $3000 for first time buyers.

We only send items to confirmed PayPal addresses on the PayPal Payments. Please do not type a new address on the Yahoo! checkout.

Bank transfer/deposit/check for orders over $1000 are acceptable, please email us the item list with the total store price for an invoice.

USPS Priority Mail FLAT RATE BOX (11"x8.5"x5.5") - Canada/Mexico $35; All Others $50

Items that fit into the box: 10x HI98121 + (6x230ml or 50x20ml); 3x small portable meter/monitor/controller and solution.

*** Additional Shipping Fees will be added if items do not fit into the flat rate envelope or box.

*** Box shipping is required for the orders over $200.

Tracking is available for Priority Box shipping and Express shipping. Please check your email folders for an USPS tracking number from PayPal Shipping.

USPS Priority Mail International 6-10 business days;

USPS Express Mail International 4-6 business days.

The above delivery time is only an estimated time provided by USPS. Actual time could vary due to Your Custom Clearance and the efficiency of foreign delivery service, about 90% international packages are delivered within 2 weeks, about 10% packages are delivered in 3-8 weeks, please place your order accordingly!

BACK ORDER TIME:

An additional 1-5 weeks - Manufacturers do not directly ship to international addresses, the back-ordered items for the international orders will need to be ordered/received and then shipped by eSeasongear to you.

RETURNS:

NO RETURNS for any international orders. Please place your orders accordingly.

WARRANTIES:

All items are brand new with USA warranty only. International buyers should NOT ask your local dealer for warranty services on products from the USA.

If the USA warranty service is needed, the buyer needs to contact eSeaongear to get an RMA# first, then the buyer will send the item back to the manufacturer direct with the RMA# (Please be sure you declare the unit as broken/defective at $1.00 value). The fixed item will be sent from the manufacturer to eSeasongear and then will be sent to the buyer. The buyers are responsible for international shipping/returning/handling fees.

Due to the high oversea shipping cost and slow shipping time, PLEASE BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL DEALER if you are expecting warranty services.
