If you ordered an item from eSeasongear retail store by mistake or changed mine, please contact us asap for an RMA# first and then send the item back for a refund (less 25% restocking fee). Sorry, we do not offer exchanges per store policy, please enter a new order for the correct item.

Wrong Item Return Policies:

Any Package returned without an assigned RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the delivery package will be refused.

You may return the wrong item back in brand new condition in the original box for a refund within 14 DAYS after the delivery date. Please include all original packaging materials, free bonus, and a copy of the packing slip. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We will check all returned items for physical damage / missing parts / eSeasongear ID and then send the refund accordingly.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal Refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for new items returned.

NO EXCHANGES for different items due to sales and tax records.

NO RETURNS for international orders. - We accept credit cards via PayPal, no PayPal account is required
