The HI99104 is a newer model of the HI98103, the two meters are functionally the same meter.

HI 99104 is an ideal pocket tester for education. Thanks to its 0.01 pH resolution and two-point manual calibration through easy-to-reach trimmers, it immediately displays pH variations to reflect the smallest change in the sample. Unlike conventional testers, HI 99104 has a long and slim stem, ideal for measurements in small samples or vials. HI 99104 is supplied with a rugged, plastic body electrode and a screw connector making electrode replacement quick and easy. On top of that, it offers a 1000 hours life with common 1.5V batteries!
HI 99104 is supplied complete with HI 1270 pH electrode, batteries and instructions.

pH/ORP Meter Maintenance (read manual):
After use, always rinse the probe with water, clean it with HANNA HI7061 cleaning solution and store the probe with HANNA HI70300 storage solution. Never let probe dry and Never use distilled/deionized water for storage purposes.
