Milwaukee Instruments Warranty
ALL ITEMS ARE BRAND NEW, FACTORY FRESH AND INCLUDE FULL MANUFACTURERS USA WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
We were asked by Milwaukee Instruments to not handle any product warranty issues so all Milwaukee items are No-Return items.
If there is a problem with the item, please contact Milwaukee Instruments at 1-877-283-7837 or support@milwaukeetesters.com for help, they will take care the product's QC problem right away.

Milwaukee Instruments Warranty
All our instruments are warranted for 2 years (see exceptions for electrodes/MA957/PH600 below). Each meter has a serial number and is supplied with a warranty certificate. To validate the warranty, the warranty card must be filled out and returned to Milwaukee within 14 days. Warranty is valid only when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the instruction manual.
Our MA957 Regulator and all electrodes, are warranted for 6 months. The pH600 pH tester is warranted for 30 days.
Milwaukee warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship as stated in the operating manual. If repair or adjustment is necessary and has not been the result of abuse, misuse or improper handling within the warranty period, please contact your dealer or the Technical Service Dept. at Milwaukee for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number to put on the outside of your freight prepaid package. Warranted service will be made without charge.
The warranty is void if the instrument is repaired or serviced by unauthorized personnel, not used in accordance to the instructions, or if non-Milwaukee accessories such as buffer solutions, electrodes, probes etc. are used in conjunction with the meter. Milwaukee will not be held responsible for any accident whether directly or indirectly, caused by the use of this instrument.
The warranty period commences from the original date of sale and is valid on the date Milwaukee receives the warranty registration form.
