If the USA warranty service is needed, the buyer should contact eSeasongear to get a RMA# first, then the buyer should return the item to HANNA Instruments directly with the RMA# (please declare the package as returned goods or valued at $1.00). The fixed item will be sent from HANNA Instruments to eSeasongear and then will be sent to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for international shipping/returning/handling fees.
