Hanna Instrument's innovative pH indicator HI 981401N has been designed to meet the Grower's need for equipment suited to the aggressive environments found in agricultural and hydroponics applications. The housing is water-resistant and the molded eye allows installation right above the sample to be monitored. Measurements are highly accurate and can be verified with one or two point calibration. This pH tester includes a 12 VDC power supply, large easy to read LCD screen, and pH electrode. The electrode is interchangeable and the connector is well-protected behind a waterproof sheath. This pH indicator is supplied with a stainless steel probe to prevent potential grounding problems ensuring extended electrode life. The gel-filled pH electrode has been specifically designed to address the needs of growers. Its design guarantees greater clogging resistance in fertilizer solutions with high concentrations of phosphate, nitrate, etc

HI 981401N is supplied with HI 1286 pH electrode, 12 Vdc adapter, HI 1283 stainless steel grounding bar, pH 4 and pH 7 calibration solutions (20 mL each), calibration screwdriver and instructions.

HANNA HI 981404N pH/TDS Monitor for Agriculture with Range up to 1990 ppm (mg/L), HI981404N, HI 981404, HI981404 Indicator HI 981404N and HI 981405N are both ideal for agricultural, horticultural and hydroponics applications where pH and TDS or pH and EC levels need to be continuously monitored for optimal plant growth. HI 981404N and HI 981405N continuously monitor and display the pH and TDS or pH and EC values of a solution on an easy to read set of dual LCD's. The HI 1286 gel filled pH electrode is designed with the BNC connector protected behind a waterproof sheath and when exhausted is replaceable. The unique design of the electrode guarantees greater resistance to clogging in fertilizer solutions with high concentrations of phosphate, nitrate, etc. TDS measurements are performed using the 4-4-2 conversion factor of 0.7 so you do not need to convert the readings. Both models are equipped with a grounding bar to ensure more accurate pH measurements and longer electrode life. HI 981404N and HI 981405N are compact and easy to install and use.
