- Combined Shipping Discount:
Please order the items you want, then ask for a total invoice BEFORE you pay. Buyer must pay all the items at once to get the discount.
- Refund/Return/Replacement/Manufacture Warranty:
No return/refund for the items listed as "No Return", please contact the manufactures for warranty issues.
Any Packages returned without an assigned RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the delivery package will be refused delivery and eSeasongear is not responsible for their return. Please email for the RMA before your sent your return package.
For the items listed as "Item must be returned within 14 days", you may send the brand new item back for refund or replacement within 14 days (check each item's eBay listing for the days) after the delivery date. Please include all the original packaging material, the free bonus (if any), your eBay ID/item number, and a copy of email from store for the return. Do not put any tape on the item's original box and please pack the items the same way as it was received.

We will check/ID the returned item(s) for serial number, physical damage/misuse and send the refund/replacement in 7 days (if all item/packing/info are included/available in the return package). We do not refund the shipping/handling, the postage for free shipping items, and the postage for returning the item(s). All items returned after the 14 days will be refused, buyers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer after the 14 days if the item needs repair or replacement.
- Due to the relatively high s/h cost and long shipping time, all INTERNATIONAL SALES are final, no returns or refunds.
