The reading can be captured on the display with the HOLD feature. The user can select not only the pH calibration buffer set, but also the temperature measurement unit (°C or °F), This laboratory instrument measures in wide pH and temperature ranges, from -2.00 to 16.00 pH, and from -5.0 to 105.0 °C.
Battery life is more than 1500 hours and the percentage of remaining battery life is displayed at start up. HI 99181 turns off automatically after 8 minutes of inactivity.
